Think about the pivotal moments in your life. What happened? How did it change you?

What if you could create those moments for others?

The world is crowded with information and choice. The senses are assaulted daily with noise, smells, tastes, imagery – delivered ever more intensely.

As a result, once alluring or extreme experiences are now quotidian. Commonplace and banal.

And yet, all people are inherently creative. We seek creative expression, or the opportunity to solve problems creatively.

We want to be inspired and participate in memorable experiences.

Identity activation can  be a vehicle for transformation:

  • For employees or communities to see themselves - and their potential - differently.
  • For customers and services users to contribute to and experience a safer, more rewarding experience worth investing their time, money and energy in.
  • For an interactive,multidimensional digital or virtual experience that enables an authentic,deeper, more meaningful experience of a brand.
  • For creating a place that welcomes self-expression and connection; an opportunity to be brave, push limits, bridge cultural gaps and make something truly new.

Once a connection is formed, the social and place identity are fostered, creating deeper connections to (and within) real and virtual worlds, and social contexts.

A reinforcing loop or virtual cycle is established which scales the experience and intended (or experimental) effects.

The results are:

  • Transformed places that inspire connection and creativity: education, health, care;property and infrastructure; workplaces; arts and culture.
  • Differentiated brands through unified identity, expressed in diverse experiences relevant to subcultures, places, media and platforms.
  • Creative partnerships that produce surprising, novel and valuable concepts and outcomes.
  • Experience that transcends physical and digital (virtual) domains.
  • Workplace experience that fosters inclusivity and positive mental health.
  • Identity that is experienced universally, regardless of age, ability, language or cultural origin.

The Transform Experience PlaySpace has three elements.

1. Co-design experience.

  • Creative, participatory processes that enable and empower people to express their identity relevant to the brand and/or place.
  • Inclusive, culturally appropriate experiences that are safely and universally felt.
  • Spark movements. If people contribute to the creation of experience, they also advocate it. Which means rapid scale and prominence.

2. Experiment.

  • Make experimentation a key theme of activation.
  • People have short attention spans;experimentation keeps the experience alive and evolving.
  • Explore the ‘phygital’ experience.
  • Dream large and unleash creativity capacity.
  • Strike new and different creative partnerships.

3. Tell the story.

  • The brand can be a platform for story sharing.
  • Encourage user generated content.
  • Evaluate and report – provide evidence of transformation.
  • Take a stand in the forums that matter.
